By downloading, installing, or using the Bible Word Study mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Bible Word Study is a mobile application that provides biblical word studies, including original Hebrew and Greek text analysis, AI-powered theological insights, and spiritual guidance. The App offers both free and premium subscription features.

Subscription Services

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions Available:

Monthly Premium: Billed monthly
Annual Premium: Billed annually (best value)

Subscription Terms:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Free Features

The App offers limited free features, including:

Sample word studies on the Discover page (refreshes every 24 hours)
Full Bible reading and navigation
Saving and highlighting verses
Adding personal notes and comments

Payment and Billing

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account. Prices are displayed in the app and may vary by location. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policies.

AI-Generated Content

Our app uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI) to generate word studies. Please understand:

AI-generated content is for educational and devotional purposes
While we strive for accuracy, AI content may contain errors or omissions
Word studies should supplement, not replace, personal Bible study and guidance from qualified teachers
We encourage you to verify important information with trusted biblical resources

User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Scripture: Bible text is sourced from public domain translations (KJV)
Your Content: You retain ownership of notes and comments you create
AI Content: Generated studies are for personal use only

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
AI-generated content will be completely accurate
The App will meet your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or spiritual guidance decisions made based on App content.
